Waitlist Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 23 April 2026 | Version: 1.0

1. What this is

These Terms and Conditions cover your use of the ThimbleCare waitlist website only. This is a pre-launch site where you can register interest in ThimbleCare, a business-admin tool for NDIS sole-trader support workers that is currently under development. These terms do not cover the ThimbleCare product itself. When ThimbleCare opens for trials, a separate set of terms and a full privacy policy will apply to your use of that product. Signing up for the waitlist is not a contract for the supply of ThimbleCare or any other service.

2. About ThimbleCare

The ThimbleCare waitlist site is operated by Joshua William Coleman trading as ThimbleCare, ABN 97 507 616 423, of 45 Melaleuca Crescent, Tascott, NSW, 2250.

ThimbleCare is an independent business-admin tool for NDIS sole-trader support workers. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the NDIS, NDIA, or NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. ThimbleCare does not provide tax, legal, or regulatory advice; does not submit claims or incident reports on your behalf; does not facilitate payments between workers and participants.

A separate set of terms and a full privacy policy will apply when the ThimbleCare product launches.

3. Joining the waitlist

Signing up adds your email address to our waitlist. We will send you an email confirming your registration and occasional updates on ThimbleCare's progress. We will notify you when we open for trials or public access. If you ticked the closed-beta option on the form, we may also contact you about participating in a limited pre-launch beta.

Signing up does not create a contract between you and ThimbleCare for the supply of any product or service. It does not reserve a trial spot, guarantee access, create any entitlement to future access at any particular price or date, or constitute the exchange of any consideration. We cannot guarantee a specific launch date, feature set, pricing structure, or availability. Ticking the closed-beta option is an expression of interest only; it does not guarantee an invitation. Nothing in the sign-up process constitutes NDIS advice of any kind.

4. Eligibility

The waitlist is for adults aged 18 or older who ordinarily reside in Australia. By signing up, you confirm you meet both requirements. If you are signing up on someone else's behalf, you confirm that person has asked you to do so and is themselves 18 or older and ordinarily resident in Australia.

5. Your content

Any information you submit through the waitlist form (your email address, name, or role selection) remains yours. By submitting it, you give ThimbleCare a limited licence to store and use that information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of information you submit.

6. Our content

The ThimbleCare waitlist site, including its copy, design, and brand elements, is owned by or licensed to ThimbleCare. You may add a hyperlink to this site from your own website or social profiles. You may not copy, mirror, scrape, frame, or republish any part of the site's content or design without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

When you use the waitlist site, you agree not to:

8. No warranties

The waitlist site is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, about the site's accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may change the site, pause it, or take it down at any time without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, ThimbleCare's liability in connection with the waitlist site is excluded or limited as fully as possible. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

9. Termination

You can leave the waitlist at any time by clicking the unsubscribe option in any email we send you, or by emailing us at the address in section 12. We will remove your record within 5 business days of your request.

ThimbleCare may remove you from the waitlist at its discretion. We would normally do this only for a breach of the acceptable use terms above, or where a waitlist entry has been inactive for an extended period.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify everyone on the waitlist by email before the change takes effect. Remaining on the waitlist after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept a change, you can leave the waitlist at any time as described in section 9.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. You and ThimbleCare submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
