Make your request

1. Choose the request below, or email hello@thimblecare.com.
2. Send it from the email address on your ThimbleCare account, if you can.
3. Include your name and account email, then tell us what you want deleted.

These links open your email app. Send the email to submit your request. If you use webmail, send it directly to hello@thimblecare.com. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes or unnecessary care documents.

If you cannot access your account email, tell us a safe way to reach you. We will help verify your identity or authority before making changes.

What happens next

We aim to respond within 30 days and will explain any delay. We will confirm the next steps, which information can be deleted and which records must be kept. Account deletion closes your sign-in; it does not remove every support or business record immediately.

Signed agreements, service, financial, consent, incident and audit records may need to remain for legal, safety or dispute reasons. Some incident records are kept for seven years from the incident; records concerning someone who was under 18 may be kept until their 25th birthday. Retention depends on the record and applicable duties. See our privacy policy for more detail.

If you have a paid worker subscription, include a request to cancel renewal in the same email. We will confirm its status. Other people may still hold copies you previously shared with them.
