Finish your week without missing paperwork

Use Weekly closeout on the phone's Today screen to find work that still needs attention. Review one item at a time; opening the list does not approve, sign or issue anything.

Work through the week

  1. Open Today, then Weekly closeout. Refresh if the information looks old.
  2. Open a completed shift that still needs a note. Check the actual times, finish the observations and sign only when the record is accurate. See Shift notes.
  3. Review timesheets that need your attention. Check the support item, duration, rate and total before sending them for participant approval. See Timesheets.
  4. Read any participant concern before making a correction. A concern is not approval and should not be bypassed with another claim.
  5. Once a timesheet is approved, prepare and review its invoice. A draft is not an issued invoice. See Invoices.
  6. Return to the closeout list and refresh. Check the status of the item you just completed.

Know what you are waiting for

Draft means you still have work to finish. Awaiting participant approval means the participant needs to check the record. Approved can be ready for an invoice. Issued means the invoice has been finalised; it does not mean it has been delivered or paid.

If the list is empty, check that you are looking at the intended account and period. An incomplete-data or connection message is not an all-clear. If an action fails, reopen the underlying shift, timesheet or invoice before repeating it.

Next: Tax records and expenses.
