- Check the support terms. Casey Example and Alex Example agreed to two hours of cooking support at $68 per hour. The sample agreement says $86 per hour. What should Casey do before signing? Correct the rate and check the agreement again. The terms must match what was agreed. Check supports, rates, dates, cancellation terms and payment arrangements before signing.
- Check the signatures. The corrected sample agreement now shows $68 per hour. Casey has signed. Alex has not signed yet. Is the agreement fully signed? No, the participant signature is still needed. Check both signatures. An accepted participant invitation is separate from signing the service agreement.
- Confirm the completed record. The sample agreement shows Casey and Alex signed the same version, with the correct support and rate. What should Casey check next? Check the completed agreement status and keep the signed record. Check the saved agreement and its status. A delivery request is separate from confirmation that an email arrived.
