When a timesheet or record looks wrong
You do not have to approve a record you believe is inaccurate. Read it first, explain the problem and check the outcome when the worker responds.
Raise a timesheet concern
- Open the timesheet waiting for your approval.
- Check the worker, each shift, the actual times, support description and amount.
- Choose the option to say something is wrong rather than signing.
- Identify the affected shift and explain the correction in your own words. Include only the information needed to understand the problem.
- Submit the concern and check the saved result or waiting-for-review status.
The sample timesheet includes a practice concern path. It does not send a message or change your account.
Check the response
Open the current record when the worker responds. Compare the corrected information with the concern you raised. Read any explanation. A worker response does not approve a timesheet on your behalf; review again and use the decision available to you.
If submission was not confirmed, refresh the same record before repeating it. Ask for help if the status is unclear. Do not submit an approval just to make a warning disappear.
Other records
For an incorrect agreement, ask the worker to correct or vary the terms before you sign. Signed records keep their history; corrections can be separate entries. For invoice errors, contact the worker and use the relevant invoice/record concern option when offered.
For wrong identity or access details, contact ThimbleCare. Do not create another account or use somebody else's sign-in code to get around a refusal.
